Darlene has had a deep connection with animals from an early age.  Her sensitivities have helped her develop the unique skills required to notice and understand the needs of the pets she cares for.  She combines this ability with her practical and responsible side to provide high quality pet care and comfort during your time away from home.

With a background in volunteering for rescue groups along with many years of pet sitting, Darlene has gained much experience in handling different behaviors and caring for the individual personalities of the dogs and cats she’s worked with.  Click for slide show!

As part of her pet sitting service Darlene serves as a reassuring and reliable bridge between you and your pet/s by updating you with text messages and photos.

Meals, including preparation/cooking per client instruction

Turning on and off lights and adjusting window treatments

Watering plants

Anything else that may be needed to help keep your home running smoothly

Massage and Reiki treatments are also available for additional relaxation and comfort for your dog/s while you’re away 

 

FEES

Pet sit:  Range $85.00 - $125.00/night for overnight stays

Day/eve check ins (staying 30 minutes): Range $25.00 - $45.00 per visit

Walks/Hikes/Beach/Shopping/Vet visits: $30.00 per half hour, $45.00 per hour

Dog massage & brushing OR Reiki: $45.00/20-25 minutes
